DEMOPRENE 606 polychloroprene
Description
DEMOPRENE 606 – polychloroprene adhesive for gluing soles of vulcanized rubber. It is used with the addition of approximately 7/8% activator for bonding soles made of vulcanized rubber, SBR, nitrile and microporous with inserts of leather or natural material.
1. Shake and mix the glue well. It is recommended to ruffle the skin and vulcanized rubber before applying the glue.
2. Apply glue to pre-treated surfaces (ruffled, washed). For highly absorbent materials, a second application a few minutes after the first is recommended; this adhesive can only be diluted with DILUENTE 400.
3. Leave to dry for about 20-25 minutes and reactivate at a temperature of about 60-70°C.
4. Evenly compress still hot glued parts for the time required for partial hardening of the glue.
The final bonding is stabilized after 18-24 hours.
DEMOPRENE 606 stored in a dry and ventilated place in a tightly closed original packaging at a temperature of 10 to 30°C.
