DEMOPUR 888 polyurethane
Description
DEMOPUR 888 is a high viscosity polyurethane adhesive. Designed for the main bonding of synthetic and leather materials such as PVC, polyurethane, ABS, vulcanized rubber, leather and wood.
1. Shake and mix glue well.
2. We recommend applying a halogen monocomponent primer to pre-treated surfaces (tousled, washed or) “DEMO ALO”.
3. After application, wait 20 minutes until the primer is completely dry.
4. Then apply DEMOPUR 888 POLYURITANE glue.
5. After 20 minutes, use an infrared lamp at a temperature of 60-70 ° C
6. Or hot air for reactivation.
Conclude the process by pressing.
For highly absorbent materials, a second spread is recommended a few minutes after the first; For TP, rubber, Neoprene / Hypalon, PU, PVC, ABS, polycarbonate and nylon, we recommend using a special primer.
This adhesive can only be diluted with DILUENTE 405.
Finally bonding stabilizes after 18-24 hours.
DEMOPUR 888 should be stored in a dry and ventilated place in a tightly closed original packaging at a temperature of 10 to 30 ° C.
